Terence’s background in archaeology, anthropology and paleontology have given him unique insights into the history of Myanmar. A historian as well as an artist, Terence combines his knowledge with his “passion to create” to make culturally representative items. Over the years he has collected an extensive array of stones and beads, many of them from prehistoric sites dating from civilizations which flourished during the Bronze-Iron Transition Period. These oblong and spherical beads along with sophisticated carved figurines, represent an important historical milestone in the development of Asian culture, and have parallels in ancient China. Terence’s jewelry collection ranges from contemporary designs which reflect his fascination with Asian youth culture, to more traditional stylings incorporating ancient stones as well as replicas of prehistoric gold ornaments.
