Domestic Shipping Information
Shipping and handling rates are based on the merchandise after any applicable discounts. Items ordered together may ship separately. Standard deliveries in the continental US are made via UPS Ground. Delivery signature required. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Customers also have the option of choosing UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day services. We apologize for shipping delays due to COVID-19 related restrictions.

Your order will be available for pickup within 2 business days at AsiaStore, located on ground floor of Asia Society, 725 Park Ave., NYC (corner of 70th and Park Ave.) Please bring a valid photo I.D. and copy of your order. Store hours: Tuesday – Sunday 11:00 am – 6:00 pm; Friday till 9pm. * Temporarily closed
International Shipping Information
Please email [email protected] for a shipping quote. We will e-mail you with a shipping cost within 2 business days of receipt of order. If we do not hear from you after 3 e-mail attempts, your order will be cancelled. When we receive your confirming email and payment details, your order will be shipped within 2 business days.
International orders are shipped via UPS International, which allows for shipment tracking. Once shipped, it takes approximately 5-10 business days for the package to arrive at your door.
International and Canadian order recipients are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or special fees applied upon delivery by the destination country’s local government. The Asia Society is not responsible for these fees and does not include them in the original shipping quote, nor does the Asia Society pay them once they are incurred. Please note, if the order recipient refuses to pay these fees upon the package’s arrival to their country and the package is returned to Asia Society, the original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs will be charged back to the purchaser’s original method of payment.
If you are not completely satisfied with your AsiaStore.org purchase, you may return the merchandise within 14 days from date of shipment. Credit for items received in saleable condition, will be issued upon receipt of merchandise. Gift recipients will receive an AsiaStore merchandise credit valid for 1 year. No returns accepted on opened CDs and DVD’s unless defective. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If your merchandise was received damaged, please notify AsiaStore at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt. Email images of damage and keep original packaging. An AsiaStore representative will contact you.
Sales and use tax is required for purchases delivered to California, New York and Washington DC and is calculated based on the requirements for the area to which the order is delivered.
