Allison “Ai Xin” Branscombe
Allison “Ai Xin” Branscombe is a writer and researcher who was a member of the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Chinese Culture Foundation as well as the Northern California Chapter of Families with Children from China. Branscombe has an MFA in Creative Writing for Children and Young Adults, and is the author of the book, All About China: Stories, Songs, Crafts and Games for Kids published by Tuttle. She and her husband adopted two infants from China in 1994 and 1997. She wrote the book for her daughters and other children around the world, so they might learn about the importance of Chinese culture, shared by one out of four people on our planet.
